Colliers Mortgage Closes $9.9 Million Fannie Mae Loan for City Pointe Apartments and Townhouses in Evansville, Indiana

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Fritz Waldvogel of the Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage has secured a $9.9 million Fannie Mae loan for a repeat client to finance the acquisition of City Pointe Apartments and Townhomes in Evansville, Indiana.

The market-priced, 112-unit multi-family apartment property was built in 1999 and comprises 23 two-story townhouse-style buildings in a gated community with off-street parking in a convenient downtown location.

The loan has a 10-year term and was entered into in partnership with Old Capital Lending for the borrower, CPE202, LLC.
