Miley Cyrus sells Nashville ranch for $14 million | Architectural Summary

Singer Miley Cyrus just signed one of Nashville’s most expensive real estate deals of 2022. Although the property was never officially on the market, land records confirm the Tennessee native sold her Franklin ranch for $14.5 million. Cyrus acquired the estate in 2017 for $5.8 million, increasing its value by 150% in just five years. The farmhouse-style home is nearly 7,000 square feet of living space and spans over 33.5 acres

According to Dirt, the sale price of $14.5 million makes it the second most expensive home in the Nashville area this year, the first being the prestigious Belle Meade home that Reese Witherspoon recently acquired. Matt Frauenshuh, a Minneapolis native, is Cyrus’ pad buyer. It is the owner of the largest number of Dairy Queen store franchises in the world, owning over 200 locations under the Fourteen Foods umbrella.

The property is fully gated, heavily treed, and located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no close neighbors. A small detached barn-style building is located just down a path from the main house. The roof of this one is finished with green panels and beautiful farmhouse type details on the exterior. The main house has a long wraparound porch and roof terrace with endless views.

The house is complete with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two powder rooms. It also features a covered porch, reclaimed hardwood floors, wood beams, kitchen with top of the line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. In the backyard, you will find a screened gallery with a fire pit, a large patio, a swimming pool and a practice green.

Last year, the singer sold her Hidden Hills home for $7.2 million, and in 2020 she sold her secluded Malibu home. Cyrus still owns his $4 million home in the leafy foothills of Los Angeles’ Studio City neighborhood.
