Customers of the US bank now complete 80% of all transactions and almost two-thirds of all loans through the bank’s website or app, which was rated 4.75 out of 5 on the score of Newsweek’s mobile app. Industry benchmarking company Keynova Group recently named US Bank both the best mobile app and the # 1 in all mobile banking services, including our mobile app and mobile website, in his Q3 2021 Mobile Banker scorecard.

“Over the past 18 months, COVID has revolutionized all aspects of American life, including the way we do banking,” Newsweek noted in its September issue. “And that, in turn, has changed what we look for where we park our money and what institutions serve us best.”
